Did You Know?

Did you know propane, or liquefied petroleum gas, is called Autogas when used as a motor fuel?  It is the third most widely used vehicle fuel in the world, with over 14.6 million Autogas-powered vehicles globally. However, the U.S is far behind other countries in adopting Autogas.  Why are we sending money to foreign countries when over 90 percent of Autogas is produced right here in the U.S., with another 7 percent coming from Canada?

Displacing gasoline powered vehicles with Autogas vehicles reduce U.S. dependence on foreign oil and builds into our economy, generating increased domestic income and creating “green collar” jobs for Americans.  Fleets that convert to AutoGas can also expect reduced fuel costs, a reduced carbon footprint and the satisfaction of using a domestically produced vehicle fuel!

On a personal note, I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and a safe Halloween!
